Returns

  • Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date or 7 days for Solid Gold Chains.
  • Returned products must be unworn and in sellable condition. Damaged, worn, or modified products (scratches, personalization, etc.) can not be returned.
  • Shipping will only be refunded in the case of defective products.
  • Solid Gold Pendants, Grillz, Earrings, One-HittersMystery Boxes, and Sale Items are final sale and can not be returned.
  • If Route protection is not added to the order, packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit can not be replaced or refunded.
  • Shipping claims must be made within 30 days of the last tracking update. King Ice is not responsible for any missed deadlines regarding shipping claims.

Lifetime Warranty

All King Ice products (excluding watches) come with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects. King Ice watches come with a one-year warranty.

Please note the lifetime warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing. Missing stones will be covered for one year after the purchase date. All claims are subject to inspection upon arrival and will not be accepted if no manufacturer defects are found. We are not able to issue warranty replacements for discontinued items that are no longer in stock.

To submit a lifetime warranty replacement claim please send us a message with the following:

  1. The original order number or email used to make the purchase
  2. Clear images that show the defect
  3. A description of the issue and any additional information to help us assist you

An approved lifetime warranty provides a like-for-like replacement with no exceptions.

Tarnish Resistant Lifetime Guarantee

Products labeled tarnish-resistant are guaranteed to not tarnish with proper care. Should your piece tarnish we will offer a one-time replacement.

Please note that while these pieces come with tarnish-resistant coatings, they still require the same care as all jewelry does. Please visit our learning page for how to care for your jewelry. Pieces that have been exposed to harsh chemicals or not cared for properly will not be covered.

To submit a tarnish-resistant replacement request please send us a message with images that show, clearly, the tarnishing along with as much information as possible so we may best assist you.
