FIRST OFF. I got a defective product, tried to contact King Ice customer service and no response. What makes it worst is how long I waited to receive defective product. I got no return label provided, shady customer service, and a defective buddha (images attached). SECOND, the buddha necklace is cool AF (believe me, it is art). But when you received a damaged/defective buddha and then get no customer service, its a slap in the face to the customer. Regardless if you do receive a defective product like myself, handle it correctly. (1. Contact them, 2. Read carefully on policy and steps 3. Make it clear its defective, different policy 4. No answer/progress? Bad review?). If you receive what you paid for, your going to love it. FINALLY my rating would be its perfect! BUT the no response t] is definitely bringing this to a 1 star. Been waiting since late APRIL. So 5 star product, (really 4.5 because it will fade or can be damaged (hence price tag)). HOWEVER 1 star service.
This necklace is beautiful I really love it! It's the perfect size for me and there isn't really any complaints from my end! I will most definitely be purchasing from this site again!!! Thank you King Ice!!!
