Received my pendent with one side of the gem popping off the claw. Contacted customer support and they told me to ship it back and they'll send a new one out. Apparently, it got mixed up and they ended up refunding instead of fixing it and sending back. Don't want to go through the time to order again. Thanks for the wasted time lol
