For the price, these are very simple to use. Instruction card it came with was no help so it may be difficult if you are unfamiliar with molds like these

The quality is perfect I love it the only problem I have it doesn’t fit my mouth and I have perfect teeth
Theyre dope, fit tight but u have to make sure the silicone is see through before u mold to mouth, if its still white on the inside its no good, heat some more. Kinda wish i bought the tops but i was nervous if the silicone would mold right. It does though and never fell out. Respect my name and respect the game ;)
